Farm-to-Table Dining in the Rice Bowl of Bhutan
Our restaurant serves authentic Bhutanese cuisine alongside continental favourites, with sweeping views over the Paro Valley. At its heart is our farm-to-table philosophy — homegrown vegetables, herbs, seasonal fruits and Bhutanese red rice from our own gardens, harvested and cooked the same day.
Paro is popularly known as the 'Rice bowl of Bhutan', celebrated for its red rice — owing to its nutritional values, it is even exported to countries such as the United States of America. That same red rice grows in the fields around us and finds its way onto your plate.

Valley Views
Bhutanese & Continental Cuisine
Settle in with a view over the Paro Valley and savour the flavours of Bhutan — signature dishes like ema datshi and phaksha paa served with Bhutanese red rice — alongside a selection of continental favourites. Every meal is prepared with produce at its freshest, much of it picked from our gardens the very same day.
Grown on Our Land
Our Own Gardens on Three Acres
Homegrown vegetables, herbs, seasonal fruits and Bhutanese red rice are grown in the resort's own gardens on our three acres — harvested and cooked the same day. Guests are welcome to walk through the vegetable garden and experience traditional Bhutanese farm life for themselves.
Sustainability
Dining That Treads Lightly
What we cannot grow ourselves, we source from local farmers and suppliers, supporting the community around us. Solar-powered lighting and our commitment to reducing plastic waste ensure that every meal is as kind to the valley as it is to your palate.
